Northern Rogue Technologies Inc. ("Northern Rogue," "we," "our," or "us") uses several communication methods to support clients, client staff, vendors, and authorized business contacts.
This page explains how Northern Rogue may communicate by phone, email, website form, service desk, remote support tools, and SMS text messaging.

2. Phone Communications
Northern Rogue may use phone calls for service desk support, appointment coordination, technician coordination, account or service discussions, billing or operational matters, and other business communications related to services we provide.
If we call you, we may leave a voicemail where appropriate. Please do not include highly sensitive information in voicemail messages unless necessary.
3. Email and Service Desk Communications
Northern Rogue uses email and service desk systems to receive, track, manage, and respond to support requests and business communications.
Email and service desk communications may be used for:
• Service desk and technical support requests
• Account and service communications
• Scheduling and appointment coordination
• Ticket updates and follow-up questions
• Billing, procurement, and operational coordination
• Security, compliance, or incident-related communications
• Other business communications related to services we provide

4. Website Contact Forms
Northern Rogue may collect information submitted through website contact forms, including name, organization, email address, phone number, message content, and other information you choose to provide.
Information submitted through website forms may be used to respond to your inquiry, provide services, coordinate support, manage business communications, and maintain business records.
If a website form asks for a phone number, providing a phone number does not automatically require you to consent to SMS text messaging. SMS consent, where requested, will be presented separately and will not be pre-selected.
5. SMS Text Messaging
Northern Rogue may use SMS text messaging for conversational person-to-person business communications between Northern Rogue employees and clients, client staff, vendors, and authorized business contacts.
SMS messages may be used for:
• Service desk and technical support communications
• Appointment scheduling and coordination
• Technician arrival, site visit, or service coordination
• Follow-up questions related to active support requests or service matters
• Account, service, billing, or operational communications
• One-to-one security or service-related communications sent by Northern Rogue staff in relation to active support, service, or account matters
• Other one-to-one business communications related to services Northern Rogue provides or coordinates
Northern Rogue does not use SMS for marketing messages, bulk messaging, mass promotional messaging, automated advertising campaigns, or API-driven alerts.
6. How SMS Consent Is Collected
Northern Rogue collects SMS consent through direct business interactions, including client onboarding, service desk requests, phone calls, email communications, appointment coordination, active support or service engagements, and optional website form consent where available.
Clients, client staff, vendors, and authorized business contacts may provide their mobile number to Northern Rogue and agree to receive conversational person-to-person SMS messages related to the services and communications described on this page.
If SMS consent is collected through a website form, the SMS consent checkbox will be optional and will not be pre-selected.

"By checking this box, I agree to receive conversational SMS messages from Northern Rogue Technologies Inc. related to service desk support, appointment coordination, technician arrival or site visit coordination, account/service communications, billing or operational coordination, and other one-to-one business communications. 7. SMS Message Frequency
Message frequency varies.
The number of SMS messages you receive will depend on your relationship with Northern Rogue, active support requests, scheduled appointments, service coordination needs, and other business communications.
You may receive multiple messages during an active support request or service engagement, and you may receive no messages when there is no active need to communicate with you by SMS.
8. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages depending on your wireless plan. Northern Rogue is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

For help with SMS communications, reply HELP to any SMS message from Northern Rogue.

10. SMS Opt-Out
To stop receiving SMS messages from a Northern Rogue number, reply STOP.
You may also reply QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE.
After you opt out, we may send one additional SMS message confirming that your opt-out request has been processed. After that, we will stop sending SMS messages to that mobile number unless you opt in again or reply START to resume SMS communications.
Opting out of SMS does not prevent Northern Rogue from contacting you by other permitted methods, such as phone or email, where appropriate for service, support, account, operational, security, compliance, or legal purposes.
11. Privacy
Northern Rogue respects your privacy.
Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent information, and text messaging originator opt-in data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
